Preparation and delivery
Orders are prepared in 1 working day. Estimated delivery is 3 working days in mainland Spain and 7 working days in the other supported destinations.
Transport incidents
For a lost, rejected or uncollected parcel, contact us on WhatsApp with the order number so we can review the tracking and agree on the applicable solution.
Withdrawal and voluntary returns
You have 15 calendar days from delivery to notify us. Contact us first on WhatsApp or at ppbox@hotmail.com. We will provide the instructions and shipping details. The customer pays the direct cost of a voluntary return.
Faulty or incorrect item
Contact us with photographs. Once verified, ZAR Petrov will cover transport and provide the replacement or remedy required by the legal guarantee.
