The shop is operated by Petr Petrov, Spanish tax ID 12450539H, under the ZAR Petrov brand. The initial launch is limited to Spain.
Orders and payment
An order becomes binding when payment is confirmed and the customer receives confirmation. PayPal and, where offered by PayPal, debit or credit card are accepted.
Shipping
Preparation: 1 working day. Estimated delivery: 3 working days in mainland Spain and 7 working days in the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
Withdrawal
Consumers have 15 calendar days from receipt to notify withdrawal by WhatsApp or email. The customer bears the direct voluntary return cost. The applicable refund will be made through the original payment method within the legal period; we may wait until the goods or evidence of return are received.
